Promotion Requests

Thank you for submitting a promotion request. Our staff and Creative Team are grateful to partner with you in communicating what God is doing through the ministries of Redemption City Church.

Please review the guidelines below before submitting your request:

Weekend Service Announcements
Verbal announcements during weekend services are reserved for activities that fall within our Discipleship Pathway and/or impact the entire church body (for example: all-church events, City Kids Camp, special services, or churchwide schedule changes). Ministry-specific activities are typically promoted through other communication channels.

Promotion Timeline
To allow adequate time for planning and content creation, please submit promotion requests at least six weeks before your event or activity. After reviewing your request, our staff will work with you to determine an appropriate promotion plan and timeline.

Event Reservations
If your event requires room(s) or resources in the church building, please also submit an Event Reservation Form so we can check the church calendar for availability.
