One99 Cafe
Overview: The name “One99” describes the heart of Jesus and our mandate as believers. Jesus left the 99 to find the one, and by doing so, He showed the 99 what we must do for the lost. There may be 99 ways to present the gospel – and we want to learn as many as suit our contexts to effectively carry out our one mission, which is to find the one lost. We want our church to constantly ask this question, whether in our neighborhoods or workplaces, “Who is the one person God would have me reach with the gospel this week, this month, etc.?”
Goal: Provide a consistent, ongoing church-wide training that sparks and sustains fervor for evangelism and missions in RCC.
This will be once a month with various speakers and teachers equipping and inspiring God’s people to embrace the ambassadorial mandate of the Great Commission (2 Corinthians 5:20).
For questions and/or more information, please contact Pastor Apraku at mapraku@rccbaltimore.org!

International Student Welcome Picnic
The start of a new school year brings many new students from all over the world to the Johns Hopkins campus. Many international students are in the US for the first time, far away from home, and need friendship and community. The combination of these factors often presents an uncharacteristic openness to adapt and learn new things, including the gospel, from their new community. For some students, this may be the first and perhaps the only period in their lives when the gospel can be presented without fear of persecution.
Given this unique opportunity, RCC is partnering with the Johns Hopkins International Fellowship to organize a welcome picnic for international students. We want to show them gospel hospitality while making the connections that will hopefully lead to gospel conversations.
Your participation is essential to the success of this event. Whether you choose to attend and engage in conversations with the students or contribute by bringing a dish to share, your involvement will have a lasting impact. If you feel this is something you want to be a part of, kindly contact Pastor Michael Apraku at mapraku@rccbaltimore.org.

Prayer is vital to how we abide in Christ, are transformed daily, and see his power flow into our lives and ministries.
Join us at 11:45AM in the MPR on the first floor every Wednesday as we bring our prayers and petitions before the Lord! Allow Him to stir your heart, equipping you to pursue a vibrant prayer life and lead others to do the same.

City Kids Nights
Summer fun is just getting started!
Join us for City Kids Nights—a special series of evening gatherings designed for families to connect, play, and grow in community throughout the summer!
Each evening features a casual meet-up in a local park with a fun, family-friendly activity. These events are open to all, so invite your friends and neighbors to join in!
Here’s what’s coming up:
July 7 – Water Games at Patterson Park
Get ready to splash into summer! We’ll have water balloons, sprayers, and even a kiddie pool for little ones. Parents, please bring:
– A gallon of water
– Towels and snacks
– Any extra water toys to share (our supply is limited!)
July 14 – B’more Licks & Playground Meetup
Cool off with your favorite scoop from B’more Licks (please note: this is not an RCC-sponsored event, so families must purchase their own treats). Afterward, we’ll gather at the Patterson Park playground across the street to hang out and play.
July 21 – Craft Night at the Canton Tot Lot
Let’s get creative together! We’ll provide fun craft materials for the kids—parents, bring a lawn chair if you have one, so you can relax while the little ones craft and connect!
No registration needed—just show up and enjoy! We can’t wait to spend these summer nights with you and your family.

Fasting & Prayer
We have a monthly rhythm of setting aside one Wednesday to pray and fast for our lives, church, city, and the nations. This occurs the first Wednesday of every month from 7-8am in the MPR.
By entering into this practice, we seek to live the blessed life described in the Beatitudes of people who truly hunger and thirst for righteousness. We are orienting our desires to be for more of God and desiring for His will to be done in Baltimore as it is in Heaven.
