For RCC to fulfill our calling to be a church-planting movement that reaches Baltimore City and cities around the world, we must make, mature, and multiply vibrant disciples of Jesus.

At Redemption City Church, every Christian is invited to participate—no one is exempt or sidelined. The Discipleship Pathway exists to clearly guide believers in how they can grow in Christ and join His mission. It provides a simple, intentional framework that helps every follower take their next faithful step as a disciple who makes disciples.
